The unloading of grain is done using continuous operating equipment, until the vessel's holds are completed. The unloading rate is very high (1 200 tons/hour in Casablanca, 800 tons/hour in Jorf Lasfar), and is carried in a manner that is respectful of the integrity of the goods (very low grain breakage rate, no contamination of goods by foreign bodies, etc.).
The unloading speed allows our customers to reduce the time of their ship's call and, therefore, to save on freight and thus on the cost of their imports.
